As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist I truly believe that everyone is biochemically unique. You have come a long way having your very own history health wise, spiritually and personally. Together we will assess your stress levels, your digestive health, your overall well-being. We will consider your diet, lifestyle, exposure to chemicals, and your personal situation in order to identify the underlying causes for your concerns. Based on your assessment and needs I will provide you with recommendations on nutritional choices and habits, delicious individual meal plans, improving your sleep quality, incorporating an easy exercise routine, and how to better cope with stress, all based on the newest scientific research.
Together we will create doable changes, and work out a lifestyle and nutrition plan that will make you feel comfortable in your body once more.
