Why an Elimination Diet might be the most powerful tool to heal your gut naturally!

If you ever suspected you might be lactose or gluten intolerant or you might have difficulties to digest eggs or nightshade vegetables, or experience symptoms like bloating, alternating diarrhea on a regular base - this one is for you!


An elimination diet is typically used to detect hidden food allergies. Food intolerances may be responsible for all kinds of digestive issues, weight gain, migraines, joint pain, skin issues and brain fog. They are a common consequence of a deeply troubled, overloaded digestive system. On the long run food intolerances may lead to all kinds of inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome and obesity.


In order to detect what kind of foods you react to an elimination diet is the overall gold standard. Yet it takes patience and endurance as the diet itself takes 3 weeks and the reintroduction phase an additional 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how severe your situation might be. We will start with eliminating the seven most common triggers for food allergies. I am convinced that you are getting closer to the potential root cause of your ailments with this diet, and you will feel a significant difference in your well-being soon after we started. Additionally, it is most common to lose some weight in the process.


The whole program will take seven weeks starting with an in-person introductory workshop on Saturday from April the 15th from 2pm to 5pm. As preparation is key, we will discuss the process in detail, answering all questions you might have. You will receive all dietary information, do’s and don’ts while on an elimination diet and a suggested meal plan with delicious recipes. We will start the diet Tuesday the 18th of April.


During the following weeks we will get together every Friday at 5 pm via Zoom. In each meeting I will provide you with useful information on topics like how to read a food label, how to avoid toxins in your household and personal care products, how to improve sleep quality, and how to strengthen the immune system. You will have ample of time for all questions you might have.



Together with a group of like-minded people you will get all encouragement needed in the comfort of your own home.


During the whole process I will be there for you via e-mail or phone for any question you might have.


The program is limited to a maximum of 7 participants and is $120 per person.
